Aloe Vera
A natural anti inflammatory agent, which is also tremendously antibacterial as well, aloe Vera has
many medicinal and healing properties apart from cooling the body and increasing its immunity.
Aloe gel that is extracted from the aloe plant can be used for treating internal infections, bacterial skin infections, vaginal and urinary tract infections etc. Aloe gel can be applied directly on the affected area and a quarter cup of the juice consumed as well for treating bacterial skin infections.

Turmeric
Turmeric is a powerful herb which is known to even reduce and treat cancerous tumours. The
curcumin, which is present in turmeric, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties along with its high antioxidant content.Turmeric powder can be consumed along with a glass of warm milk or water for respiratory infections. Turmeric can also be used as a preventive for many bacterial infections of the body by adding it in plenty in your diet or taking curcumin supplements or a teaspoon of turmeric every day.
